Your Order Cancellation Rights

We do not offer returns on our products. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. All sales are final.

Conditions for Returns

As we do not accept returns, please ensure you are certain about your purchase before placing an order. We will make the door per contract and install it per contract.

Non-Returnable Goods

The following Goods cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • The supply of goods is made to your specifications or is clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which, according to their nature, are not suitable to be returned deteriorates rapidly, or where the expiry date is over.
  • The supply of goods that were not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods, which are, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse any return requests at our sole discretion, as our policy is that no returns are accepted.
